Day-to-Day Activities
- Drives local routes to support Goodwill stores
- Collections donations from donors at the community donation site
- Loads and unloads donated goods
- Aids in inventory management of donated goods
- Assists Warehouse Associates with operating large machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, balers, and trash compactors
- Assists with recycling operations
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license issued by state of residence
- Pass DMV record check
- Pass DOT Physical (paid for by Goodwill)
- Able to move 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance
- Able to work with people having various abilities
Qualifications
Completion of a background check is required.
Skills
Previous driver/warehouse experience is beneficial, but not required.
