About the role

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Delivery Driver to deliver and pick up various equipment and supplies to customer worksites. This driver role operates a vehicle with a gross weight of less than 26,000 pounds in various driving conditions, including construction zones, urban, suburban, and rural traffic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up various equipment and supplies to customer worksites
• Operate delivery vehicle safely in a variety of driving situations and conditions
• Complete timely and accurate paperwork

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with customers
• Valid Driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Ability to operate delivery vehicle safely in variety of driving situations and conditions
• Knowledge of tools and equipment based on assigned store's fleet
• Detail orientation to ensure timely, accurate paperwork
• Bilingual speakers may be required at some locations
• Physical demands: bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, working indoors/outdoors when required

Pay

Base Pay Range: $23.52 - 35.28. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.

Schedule

This is a local driver role with steady hours. Benefits become eligible on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date.
