Driver - New Orleans Airport - Seasonal - Full Time

Enterprise Mobility, operating the National, Enterprise, and Alamo car rental brands, is looking for Full Time Seasonal Drivers to join our team. This is a non-CDL, local driving position offering the chance to drive multiple new model cars.

About the role

The lot driver is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations between our properties for servicing, transport, and/or rental. A driver will perform all daily responsibilities with a focus on ensuring vehicles are ready for customers in accordance with our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Transport fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, navigating written directions.
• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road.
• Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destinations in a safe and courte manner.
• Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles.
• Organize travel routes and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
• Communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
• Clean vehicles when required.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with no more than 1 moving violation and/or at-fault accident on driving record within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be available for seasonal work lasting a maximum of 180 days and understand you will be ineligible for any positions at Enterprise for 3 months following the end of seasonal employment.

Pay

$13.50 per hour.

Schedule

• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
• Weekends required with 2 days off during the week.
• Seasonal position with employment ending after 180 days.
