Driver / Medical Transportation Provider

Job Details

Mixed long and short distance trips
Steady, pre-scheduled, recurring medical appointments
Pay & Contractor Status: 1099 Independent Contractor
Drivers earn a minimum of $125.00 per day, more once the daily threshold is met
Paid weekly via direct deposit
Consistent routes, predictable income, and weekday availability

Requirements

• Vehicle Requirements: Fuel-efficient vehicle with a good MPG rating
  2015 or newer vehicle preferred
  No vans or gas guzzlers
• General Preliminary Requirements: Be 21 years of age or older
  Have held a driver's license for at least 2 years
  Be a registered owner of a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle (or larger) in good cosmetic and operating condition
  Have a clean Criminal Background History free of felonies and violent or sexual crimes (past 7 years)
  Have a good Driving Record - No more than one (1) moving violation or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no license revocations or suspensions in the past 5 years
• Complete and successfully pass Drug Screening, including marijuana
  Network Onboarding Requirements: Own an Android or iOS Smartphone (or be willing to obtain one)
  Complete and pass a complimentary CPR certification course (30 to 90 minutes)
  Complete and pass a complimentary CTAA Passenger Service and Safety Basic online training course (30 to 90 minutes)
  Complete and pass a complimentary NSC's Driver Safety Course online (2-3 hours)
