• Availability window: 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

About the Role

• Steady, pre-scheduled, recurring medical appointments
• Mix of long and short distance trips
• Consistent routes, predictable income, and weekday availability

Mobile Care Professionals are independent contractors who use their own vehicles to transport members of select health plans to and from dialysis appointments. No medical care is required during transport—just reliable, on-time service.

Pay

1099 Independent Contractor

• Drivers earn a minimum of $150 per day in matched trips; earn more once the daily threshold is met
• Paid weekly via direct deposit

Requirements

Vehicle Requirements

• Fuel-efficient vehicle with a good MPG rating (no vans or gas guzzlers)
• Clean, mid-size 4-door vehicle (or larger) in good cosmetic and operating condition

General Requirements

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years
• Be the registered owner of the vehicle
• Clean criminal background history (no felonies or violent/sexual crimes in the past 7 years)
• Good driving record: no more than one (1) moving violation or at-fault accident in the past 3 years, and no license revocations or suspensions in the past 5 years
• Complete and pass drug screening, including marijuana

Network Onboarding Requirements

• Own an Android or iOS smartphone (or willing to obtain)
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to complete)
• Complete CTAA PASS and NSC Driver Safety online training (2-3 hours each; provided)
