About the Role

We are seeking a Driver Manager to oversee the daily activities of our driver personnel. This role offers the opportunity to lead and support a high-performing fleet while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate ETAs with load planners.
• Utilize McLeod, our operating software, to assign work to drivers nationwide.
• Direct the daily activities of drivers to designated territories or dedicated operations in alignment with company policies and business objectives.
• Provide drivers with guidance on complying with local, state, and federal regulations in the trucking industry.
• Ensure drivers are safe, productive, and deliver on-time to customers.
• Counsel drivers and assist with over-the-road issues.
• Help drivers maintain up-to-date documentation, including license renewals, drug tests, and physicals.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field or 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or fleet management.
• Proficiency with truck dispatch software.
• Flatbed experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.
