Driver - Local CDL

Job Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid CDL Class B license required without air brake restriction.
• Maintain a current/valid driver license.
• Meet PODS Driver Qualification Standards.
• Be at least 21 years of age (insurance requirement).
• Possess a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate or ability to obtain a minimum of a 1 year certification (DOT requirement).
• Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software preferred.
• Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties.
• Attend required 2-week New Hire Driver Training Program.

Compensation

Pay Rate: Minimum $24.00/hr - Maximum $24.50/hr. Compensation is based on paying competitively for our company's size and industry and is one part of the total compensation package that also includes incentives, benefits, and other opportunities at PODS. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity.
