Driver - Latham

About the role

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Driver to join their team. This position involves delivering vehicles and sometimes customers, employees, or vendors safely and promptly to the right destinations while providing helpful, courteous, and professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, adhering to all traffic rules
• Deliver customers and vehicles to the correct destination in a safe and courteous manner
• Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicles or pick up multiple vehicles
• Organize travel routes and ensure that vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely
• Communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone when necessary
• May be required to clean vehicles
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position
• Must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from our company for an employment-based work permit or other work authorization document now or in the future
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour from this location
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Schedule

• Two days per week, 12-hour shifts with a meal break
• Shifts are from 6am to 6pm
• Must be available to work on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday

Pay

The starting rate of pay is $16.50 per hour. Employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance.
