Driver & Installation Technician

About the role

Responsibilities

• Operates a box truck to transport company goods/equipment to and from specified locations safely and professionally.
• Loads and unloads trucks safely and according to specified guidelines.
• Maintains records of pick-ups and deliveries accurately.
• Completes paperwork such as Pick Tickets, Pick Slips, and Count Sheets.
• Uses all job-related equipment, including forklift, pallet jack, computer work, and Radio Frequency (RF).
• Verifies inventory levels and assists with inventory maintenance.
• Pulls, pushes, lifts equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. from warehouse stock, using available resources.
• Maintains cleanliness and neatness of the warehouse.
• Adheres to and understands safety policies and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Non-CDL driving experience preferred.
• Meets DOT medical requirements, including possession of a valid Department of Transportation Medical Card.
• Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and standing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic computer literacy, including the ability to navigate basic systems and perform data entry as needed.
