What You'll Do
- Act as the team leader for your moving team, and execute a game plan for each move
- Safely drive and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck
- Complete daily truck inspections and equipment inventory
- Comply with all FMCSA and DOT regulations
- Complete move paperwork and payment collection
- Provide positive energy and top-notch customer service
- Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings
- Work hard and have fun helping customers
Who We're Looking For
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Drivers start out as a mover and may be trained to be a driver after 30 days
- Drivers (non-CDL) are required to have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and must be 21+ years old due to insurance restrictions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Stamina to lift and carry heavy items (100 lbs. or more) all day long while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc.
- Experience as a driver, delivery driver, truck driver, non cdl river, or local driver helpful
- Experience in or as a driver, delivery driver, non CDL driver, general labor, landscaping, Transportation and Logistics, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly or warehouse helpful.
