Driver in Training

About the role

Greet customer upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises.
Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer’s belongings.
Working with a team of movers, load and unload moving truck.
Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.
Safely drive and maneuver a box truck.

Requirements

• Driver’s license required but no experience or CDL necessary.

Qualifications

• Starting pay: $17/hour plus tips.
• Opportunities for additional pay include: Optional interstate moves, overtime hours, pay raise within first year if performance metrics are met, opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Skills

• Safe lifting and moving of furnishings and boxes.
• Commercial driving skills.
