About the role

A combination of driver, shop support, and general facility maintenance for a busy operations team. The ideal candidate is a dependable, self-motivated jack-of-all-trades who takes initiative and jumps in wherever needed to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Transport personnel and equipment to and from various job locations
• Pick up and deliver equipment, materials, and supplies
• Make runs for the office and project teams as needed
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the shop and equipment areas
• Perform basic office and shop maintenance (changing light bulbs, minor repairs, lawn care)
• Ensure equipment and materials are properly stored and organized
• Assist the operations team with other day-to-day needs as they arise

Requirements

• Clean background
• Clean driving record
• Valid TWIC card
• 40-Hour Radiation Safety Training preferred but not required at time of hire (training will be provided if needed)
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
• Ability to safely lift, load, unload, and organize equipment and materials
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and varying schedules when required

Schedule

General office hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, but after-hours and weekend transportation will be required periodically. Projects can arise on short notice, including weekends, and some morning runs may begin as early as 4:00 AM.
