What You’ll Do: Ride alongwith CDL drivers to assist with daily delivery routes.Load/unloadproducts at customer locations using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or by hand.Provideoutstanding customer serviceat every stop — be the friendly face of QCD.Assist withpaperwork, route documentation, and accurate order verification.Help guide trucks safely during tight turns, loading docks, and parking situations.Maintain aclean and safe work environment, both in the vehicle and at customer sites. What You’ll Do: Ride along with CDL drivers to assist with daily delivery routes. Load/unload products at customer locations using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or by hand. Provide outstanding customer service at every stop — be the friendly face of QCD. Assist with paperwork, route documentation, and accurate order verification. Help guide trucks safely during tight turns, loading docks, and parking situations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, both in the vehicle and at customer sites. Physical Requirements: This is a physically active role — you'll need to be comfortable with: Lifting up to 50 lbs frequently, and occasionally up to 75 lbs Pushing/pulling up to 150 lbs Working in cold environments (freezer, cooler, and ambient trailer zones) Standing, walking, bending, twisting, and kneeling for much of your shift Exposure to varied weather conditions throughout the day Qualifications: High school diploma or GEDrequiredPrevious experience infood distribution or frozen food handlingpreferredAbility toread labels, verify orders, and follow delivery instructions accuratelyComfortable workingindependently and as part of a teamMust be able towork night shifts, weekends, and holidaysas neededExcellentattendance and reliabilityare a must WHY JOIN US We're not just in the business of distribution - we're in the business of development.
