Driver Helper

About the role

Harrington Bottling Company, a Pepsi bottler serving Montana communities, is hiring a Driver Helper to support our route delivery team in the Butte and Anaconda area.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
• Transport products using hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Stock shelves and coolers
• Organize displays
• Rotate inventory
• Record product movement and spoilage
• Learn to use handheld delivery technology
• Maintain efficient operations
• Provide outstanding service to customers
• Auxiliary route coverage as needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Reside in the Butte area
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a physically active delivery and merchandising environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Interest in building a long-term career in beverage distribution, route delivery, logistics, sales, or merchandising

Starting at $17.00 per hour
