Driver Helper

Primary Responsibilities

• Aids the Driver in the safe and accurate delivery of products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Loads and unloads trucks and company vehicles.
• Places products in areas identified by customers.
• Completes required documentation in a timely manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-3 years of related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and apply general math skills.
• Ability to work reliably from verbal and written instructions.
• Intermediate computer knowledge and ability to learn/use computer programs on the job.
• Ability to obtain certifications for use of powered equipment; such as forklift operation.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• Regularly lift, carry, and position: up to 10 lbs., up to 25 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Stand for a significant period of time and walk continuously.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, or crawl.
• Operate and/or be certified on various powered equipment.
• Work in a warehouse environment which exposes the incumbent to a variety of noise and potential extremes in temperature.

Pay

$17.00/hour

Schedule

Monday - Friday
Shift: Anywhere from 2:00am - 7:00pm
