Responsibilities

• Provide fixed route coverage for the Transportation Department.
• Provide coverage for all specialty appointments during fixed route downtime.
• Provide special assistance needed by clients requiring transportation services to/from home to PACE Center facilities and specialty appointments.
• Comply with all DOT regulations as a Driver (DOT-CDL).

Requirements

• Current State of California Class B driver’s license (with P endorsement for multiple passengers) and a clean driving record within the past 3 years.
• Minimum two years of driving experience required; experience working with geriatric and/or frail elderly populations preferred.
• Ability to obtain an LA DOT city permit.
• Valid BLS certification or higher, following American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross guidelines.

Pay

$25.00 - $25.00 hourly. Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
