Driver Delivery Class A

About the role

Local Combination Drivers are responsible for delivering products to small and large retailers on a set route in the Cincinnati area. They manually unload their trucks using a hand dolly or electric pallet jack, build rapport with customers, and stock shelves and coolers as requested. No previous experience is required; drivers receive hands‑on training upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to assigned retailers on a local combination route.
• Manually unload trucks using a hand dolly or electric pallet jack.
• Build rapport with customers and respond to their stocking requests.
• Stock shelves and coolers according to customer specifications.
• Lift, push, and pull cases of product throughout the shift.
• Operate various delivery equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand truck, dolly, lift gate).

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License – Class A (CDL A).
• Ability to maintain a valid DOT Driver Qualification File.

Skills

• Self‑motivated and customer‑service oriented.
• Enjoys interacting with people and prefers being off the truck.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physically active and able to handle repetitive lifting tasks.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, starting at 4:00 am and working until the route is finished. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Pay

Starting at $31.49 per hour.
