Driver Crew Member - Enhancements (50438)
About the Role
We are seeking Drivers for our Landscape Enhancement teams. This is a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape enhancement crew at each job site. Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer
- Performing daily vehicle inspections
- Laying sod
- Installing pavers, stone walls, and hardscape projects
- Installing mulch
- Irrigation/sprinkler installation
- Digging trenches and holes
- Prepping soil areas for plantings
- Hand-watering
- Moving soil, equipment, and materials
- Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required
- Experience safely driving a truck & trailer
- Landscape installation experience and plant material knowledge preferred
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
- Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
- Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
