Driver Crew Leader - Sports Turf (50579)

Juniper is Growing! We are seeking Crew Leaders for our Sports Turf teams. Our Crew Leaders perform work on the jobsites and lead other crew members in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. Juniper's Sports Turf Crew Leaders supervise a team of crew members maintaining athletic fields and sports turf sites by ensuring job site tasks are completed safely, efficiently and with our quality standards in mind. Responsibilities Overseeing daily site operations for sports turf/athletic field maintenanceSupervising athletic field renovation projects and agronomy aspects for healthy sports turf Maintaining production schedules and ensuring project deadlines are metAssisting with training and development of crew membersDaily timekeeping of work hours on jobsites for crew members and records of work performedCustomer service and professional interaction with clientsEnsuring all crew members perform their work in a safe mannerEnsuring equipment is in working order and properly maintainedUsing hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform sports turf maintenance and renovation dutiesPerforming miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned About Us Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast.
