The Role at a Glance

This role oversees customer moves, conducts vehicle inspections, and ensures safe transport of goods while delivering top-tier customer service.

How You’ll Contribute

• Manage a team of up to five during customer moves.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections, transport customer belongings safely, and ensure each move is executed smoothly and efficiently.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism as the face of Hilldrup on the job site.
• Be physically demanding, lifting up to 100 pounds on your own and up to 400 pounds with a team.
• Work in varying temperatures both inside and outside and be on your feet most of the day, outside of when you are driving.
• Be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Depending on the time of the year and the needs of your warehouse, other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications And Skills

• High school diploma or Six months to one year household goods experience
• UVL Packer and Mover certification training (provided upon hire)
• Clean Motor Vehicle record (MVR)
• Must pass drug and background check and DOT physical

Essential Job Functions
