Driver Class A - Night Relief

About the Role

Pacific Coast Fresh Company, a leading independent food distributor in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking Local CDL Delivery Drivers for its Kent‑based team. Drivers serve as the face of the company, delivering farm‑fresh produce, dairy, proteins, and specialty goods to local restaurants, retailers, and foodservice partners. This position provides full‑time relief and support for Chipotle food delivery operations, covering routes when needed due to callouts, vacations, or other staffing needs. When not covering Chipotle routes, drivers assist other Chipotle drivers, handle recovery or additional delivery support, move tractors and trailers in the yard, and transport equipment to and from Penske for maintenance. The role requires a Class A CDL, flexibility, and operates on a night shift beginning at 9:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of food products to local restaurants, retailers, and foodservice partners.
• Operate company vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously.
• Unload product using a lift gate, hand truck, or electric pallet jack as needed.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Represent PCF with professionalism and a customer‑first attitude.
• Assist with other transportation needs, including yard moves and equipment transport.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record and current DOT medical card.
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience, preferably with food or beverage delivery.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb repeatedly and work in varied weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Team‑first attitude with a commitment to safety and service.
