Driver Class A

Clean Harbors South Portland, ME is seeking a Class A Driver to transport used hazardous and nonhazardous materials in tanker trucks from local branches to our oil terminal for storage and preparation for re-refining.

About the Role

Health and Safety is our #1 priority. We collect over 200 million gallons of used motor oil annually and operate the largest re-refinery capacity in North America, re-refining more than 150 million gallons each year.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Maintain daily reports.
• Operate Tanker Truck to local branches.
• Operate pumps.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement.
• Ability to obtain Hazmat endorsement.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicle.
• 1+ year tanker experience.
• Ability to travel 10% as required by business needs.
• Clean driving record.

Pay

Competitive wages ranging from $28 to $35 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Local Monday-Friday with an occasional overnight.
