Driver Check In Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Driver Check-In Specialist for our St. Paul location. This position performs Driver Check-In duties and is responsible for running End of Week/End of Month programs, payment application, credit entry, collections, and other related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Check-in delivery drivers’ routes verifying for accuracy and completeness.
• Run End of Week/End of Month programs.
• Post check payments to customers’ accounts.
• Enter, verify, process, and print credits due to our customers.
• Monitor amounts due to the organization and conduct B2B collection calls to solicit payment on overdue accounts.
• Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with customers, sales, warehouse, delivery, customer service, and management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and established credit policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required; Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Credit functions preferred.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet applications; I Series/AS400 experience preferred.
• 10-key typing skills and ability to accurately enter large quantities of data; one year of experience preferred.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.

Pay

The expected pay range for this role is $20–$21.00 per hour. Actual placement within this range will be contingent upon factors including the candidate’s qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable), and alignment with market data.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM.
