About the Role
This combo position allows you to split time between driving and warehouse duties. As a Driver, you’ll deliver products safely and efficiently to stores and warehouses. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll stock trucks with our renowned products. The role offers flexibility, with responsibilities shifting based on business needs throughout the year.
Schedule
Monday to Saturday, subject to change based on business demand:
- Warehouse: Starting at 5 AM until the work is done.
- Driving: Any time between 12 AM–3 PM.
Principal location: 4301 S. 76th E. Ave., Tulsa, OK 74145 (interstate routes).
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct regular safety checks on warehouse equipment and driving equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.).
- Complete daily field service activities, including preparing customer invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records.
- Perform duties as scheduled by Foreman and Supervisor, including warehouse activities like truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining warehouse organization.
- Coordinate with retail customers and receiving personnel in delivery areas; communicate customer needs to our customer service team.
- Work in warehousing, performing order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading delivery trucks.
- Accurately assemble and load products on delivery trucks in a timely manner; maintain an accurate running inventory.
- Adhere to safety and quality checks to protect staff and products.
- Follow schedules and instructions from the Route Manager or Dispatch for efficient operations.
- Record, report, and return defective items as per company policy; accept, verify, inspect, and record all deliveries and shipments.
- Utilize a smartphone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging driving times and use a scanner for deliveries.
- Be flexible with daily changing routes and working times; work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures.
Requirements
- Must have a CDL-Class A license and at least one year of proven safe driving experience.
- Valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID (required for military base facility access).
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment, including physical activities like lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
- Willingness to perform both driving and warehouse roles throughout your career.
- Must pass requirements for relevant licenses to operate equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Strong adaptability to take on diverse responsibilities and perform other assigned duties.
- Must successfully pass a drug test, MVR, and background check; FMCSA’s Clearinghouse Registration required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct store delivery (DSD) experience.
- Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks.
Pay
- Warehouse: $26.65/hour
- Driving: $30.30/hour
- Branch Incentive Plan (BIP) Bonus
