Schedule
- Varying Mon-Sat depending on need, based on business requirements
- 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
- Start times typically between midnight and 5 AM (warehouse vs. driving roles may vary between midnight and 4 AM)

About the Role
As a Driver CDL/Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering our products safely and efficiently to various stores and warehouses. This combined position involves both driving and warehouse responsibilities, providing flexibility to handle both roles throughout the year based on business needs.
As a Driver, you will ensure timely deliveries and maintain safety standards. As a Warehouse Associate, you will prepare trucks for drivers by stocking them with our renowned products.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct regular safety checks on warehouse equipment
- Complete daily field service activities, including preparing customer invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records
- Perform all duties as scheduled by Foreman and Supervisor
- Coordinate with retail customers and receiving personnel in delivery areas; communicate customer needs to our customer service team
- Participate in warehouse activities, including truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining warehouse organization
- Perform order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading delivery trucks
- Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct regular safety checks on equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.)
- Accurately assemble and load products on delivery trucks in a timely manner
- Maintain an accurate running inventory
- Adhere to safety and quality checks to protect staff and products
- Follow schedules and instructions from the Route Manager or Dispatch for efficient operations
- Record, report, and return defective items as per company policy
- Accept, verify, inspect, and record all deliveries and shipments
- Utilize a smartphone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging driving times and use a scanner for deliveries
- Be flexible with daily changing routes and working times
- Work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures
Requirements
- Must meet all requirements set forth in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s Final Rule regarding the issuance and renewal of Commercial Driver’s Licenses (CDLs)
- Must have a CDL-Class A license with at least one year of proven safe driving experience
- Must have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID (required for accessing a military base facility)
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced work environment, including physical activities such as lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling
- Capable of passing requirements for relevant licenses to operate equipment
- Strong adaptability to take on diverse responsibilities and perform other assigned duties
- Must successfully pass a drug test, MVR, and background check
- FMCSA's Clearinghouse Registration required
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct store delivery experience (DSD)
- Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks
Pay
- Starting hourly wage: $31.05
- After 60 working days: $32.55
- Maximum rate: $34.05
