About the role

Sunbelt Rentals – the fastest growing rental business in North America – is seeking a Class B CDL Driver. In this role you will deliver and recover a variety of equipment, tools, and supplies to and from customer work sites, driving a flatbed or roll‑back truck in urban, suburban, and rural settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and recover equipment, tools, and supplies to and from customer work sites.
• Operate a flatbed or roll‑back truck safely in a variety of conditions, including tight construction zones.
• Load and unload equipment while adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain accurate delivery and recovery records.
• Perform on‑site mechanical troubleshooting as needed.
• Meet physical demands such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 lb or more, working indoors and outdoors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Class B CDL driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to drive safely in tight settings such as construction zones.

Preferred Experience

• Roll‑Back Driver, Flatbed Driver, Delivery Driver, Route Driver, Box Truck Driver, Stake‑body Driver, Appliance Delivery.

Skills and Abilities

• Previous experience driving, loading, and unloading tools or equipment.
• Mechanical skills to troubleshoot issues on‑site.
• Customer‑service focused attitude.
• Detail‑oriented record keeping.
• Bi‑lingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Pay

Base Pay Range: $24.05 – $36.07 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and/or experience.
