Driver - CDL
Job Summary
A_ CDL Driver _at White Cap… Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites. May use a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett or Piggyback) to unload shipments at customer jobsites. Follows DOT regulations in accordance with vehicle maintenance and operates with a strong sense of safety. Ensures that manifests and all paperwork are accurate. May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites.
- Makes use of a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett or Piggyback) to unload shipments at customer jobsites.
- Fulfills DOT regulations in accordance with vehicle maintenance.
- Operates with a strong sense of safety.
- Ensures accuracy of manifests and all paperwork.
- Assists warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of CDL Driving experience and required state license.
- Preferred qualifications include:
- A current Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the state in which the candidate resides with all the relevant endorsements required for the type of equipment being operated (i.e., Hazardous Material to transport hazardous materials that require placarding).
- Two years of commercial driving experience compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT regulations.
- Forklift certification.
- Spanish language proficiency.
Qualifications
Has a minimum of one year of CDL Driving experience and required state license. Preferred qualifications include a current Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the state in which the candidate resides with all the relevant endorsements required for the type of equipment being operated (i.e., Hazardous Material to transport hazardous materials that require placarding), two years of commercial driving experience compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT regulations, forklift certification, and Spanish language proficiency.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $21.30 - $29.90 per hour. This range is determined based on market data and internal pay practices to establish a minimum and maximum value for a job. Individual base pay is determined based on a variety of elements including experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, no nights, weekends, paid holidays and more.
