Driver - CDL

Responsibilities
- Follow all safety rules.
- Deliver and unload product according to customer requirements at each location.
- Maintain daily and weekly logs and reports required by state, federal agencies, and the company.
- Interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Load and unload using pallet jacks and/or fork trucks.
Additional skills required:
- Intermediate mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to perform operations using units of American money, weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Problem-solving skills involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Requirements
- Must possess a Class “A” CDL with 18 months of over-the-road experience.
- Class A CDL must allow driving both manual and automatic trucks (no automatic-only restriction).
- Clean driving record.
- Must pass background check, drug screen, and DOT physical.
- Warehouse experience with refrigerated freight is a plus.
Pay
- Competitive compensation: $0.70 CPM for single drivers.
- Average driver earnings: $95k+ per year.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus.
- $0.05/mile quarterly bonus program.
