Driver - CDL A
About the role
As a Class A CDL Driver, you will deliver and recover a variety of equipment, tools, and supplies to and from customer worksites. This role involves driving a Class A truck hauling equipment on a flatbed (dovetail) or RGN (lowboy) trailer in urban, suburban, and rural settings, including tight spaces like construction zones. Safe driving and the ability to troubleshoot and make minor repairs to equipment and vehicles at job sites are required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and recover equipment, tools, and supplies to and from customer worksites.
- Drive a Class A truck hauling equipment on flatbed (dovetail) or RGN (lowboy) trailers.
- Operate safely in various settings, including urban, suburban, rural, and construction zones.
- Perform minor troubleshooting and repairs to equipment and vehicles at job sites.
- Maintain a customer service-oriented attitude.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s license with CDL Class A endorsement.
- Acceptable driving record.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more, bend, squat, crouch, reach, and work indoors/outdoors as required.
Qualifications
- Prior training and/or experience with similar commercial equipment (preferred).
- Experience driving flatbeds, RGN/lowboy, or dovetail trailers.
Related experience may include: Long Haul Driver, Heavy Haul Driver, Lowboy Driver, Equipment Driver, Equipment Operator, Owner-Operator, or Delivery Driver.

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date.
Pay
Base pay range: $31.13 - $46.69 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
Schedule
- 12-25 vacation days depending on years of service.
