Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new healthcare and well-being services tailored for seniors.
• Contribute to the creation of compelling narratives and experiences that enhance the quality of life for seniors and their families.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge and relevant.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that our products meet the evolving needs of the senior population.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare product development or related field.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
