Driver

Full-time, onsite role in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

About the role

We are looking to add a skilled, experienced driver to our Trio-Community Meals team. As a driver, you will transport a variety of goods to various locations each day, focusing on service to senior living, hospital, and care facilities in your community.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials to and from assigned destinations safely and efficiently, complying with all DOT rules, state, and city traffic laws.
• Complete thorough inspections of company equipment before and after each trip.
• Maintain open communication with dispatch to report any issues or delays on the route.

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license for commercial vehicles and/or a medical card from an approved DOT medical examiner.
• Acceptable driving record and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• At least one year of commercial driving experience (preferred).

Pay

$16.00/hour.
