What You'll Be Doing

• Champion PRS culture by living our Mission, Vision, and Core Values
• Actively participate in departmental training
• Create inviting, resident-focused experiences while engaging with residents, guests, and co-workers in a gracious, attentive, and courteous manner
• Operate vehicle wheelchair lifts safely and professionally
• Absorb and assist residents in and out of vehicles, load and unload walkers and wheelchairs, and maintain clean, well-organized vehicle interiors
• Perform minor preventive maintenance and safety checks on community vehicles, including inspecting for damage or malfunctions, maintaining emergency supplies, and completing required pre-trip inspections
• Provide transportation for resident appointments, errands, outings, and events according to established guidelines, responding calmly and knowledgeably to emergencies and performing other duties as assigned
