About the role

The Tower Group operates dedicated wheelchair accessible vehicles in the Boston area, providing safe and efficient service to passengers. The company offers a sign-on bonus and competitive compensation, including tips and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to wheelchair users
• Safely drive and operate vehicle
• Follow traffic laws and regulations
• Be customer service oriented
• Use mobile device for routing information
• Assist with wheelchair ramp operation and manual wheelchair assistance (up to 400 lbs)

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 23 years old
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License with 2-year US Driving History
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Pass pre-employment background and drug test
• Uber or Lyft ride-share driving experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Full-Time (Mon-Fri) Morning and Evening Shifts Available
• Part-Time (Sat-Sun) Morning and Evening Shifts Available
