About the role

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our growing team in Guernsey as full-time drivers.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently collect, sort, load, and unload parcels.
• Accurately record parcel movements using handheld devices and tracking systems.
• Represent CT Freight professionally, providing friendly and helpful service during all collections and deliveries.
• Follow assigned daily delivery schedules and plan routes effectively to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Operate and maintain a delivery van, carrying out daily safety checks and promptly reporting any issues or defects.
• Obtain customer signatures or other necessary proof of delivery, ensuring all records are completed accurately.
• Report any delivery issues, vehicle faults, or customer concerns promptly to your supervisor or depot team.
• Work closely with depot staff and fellow drivers to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.

Requirements

• Must hold local residency status.
• Must hold a clean driving licence.
