Driver

About the role

Be the backbone of our operations as a Driver & Warehouse Associate in this hybrid role. You’ll deliver orders on time, keep our warehouse running smoothly, and pitch in wherever needed to support our team.

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck safely and responsibly (at least 1 year of experience required)
• Deliver orders with professionalism and care—customer signature included
• Use a tablet for delivery routes
• Load and unload trucks with precision
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report issues to the branch manager
• Pull and prepare orders in the warehouse using a forklift or push-cart
• Use RF Scan Gun Technology to perform daily tasks
• Follow all warehouse procedures for pickups and product handling
• Pitch in with other tasks as needed—because teamwork makes the dream work!

Requirements

• At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience in a box truck or equivalent within the last three to five years of employment history
• A clean driving record (no major or repeated violations)
• Read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs and signals, communicate with law enforcement and document reports and records as required by the Federal Code of Regulations
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, and moving throughout the day
• Able to climb ladders, bend, kneel, twist, and reach in high/low spaces
• Experience handling large, bulky, or oddly shaped items
• Willingness to pass a background check, drug screening and DOT Physical Exam

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
