Driver
About the role
Southwest Behavioral and Health Services is seeking a dedicated and friendly Driver to support our mission of enhancing lives and improving communities through compassionate care. This role involves transporting clients to and from appointments, primarily on a Monday-Friday full-time schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely transportation and maintain appropriate staff/client communications and relationships
- Absorb client behavioral concerns and report to appropriate staff
- Complete daily transportation logs, computer documentation, and billings
- Obey all traffic laws and adhere to agency policies and procedures
- Maintain current training requirements and monitor/record safety/mechanical concerns
- Report safety/mechanical concerns to supervisor and Risk Management
Qualifications
- Minimum 22 years of age
- Valid Arizona driver's license in accordance with SBH insurance standards
- Pass a 39-month Motor Vehicle Report
- Fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or eligibility to obtain upon hire
- High School Diploma or GED
