We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About Us? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. Company: Southeast Pumps About Us: Southeast Pump Specialist, Inc. serves Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida. We specialize in industrial pump repair and are a distributor for pumps, mechanical seals and mechanical packing. Visit our Website: www.sepump.net Responsibilities: list of duties. Qualifications: list. Then after qualifications, there is a block about FCG, Why Build a Career with Us? etc. That includes Benefits, Training, Career Growth Opportunities, etc. Also there is an Equal Opportunity Employer line (boilerplate) which we need to remove. We need to decide sections: About Us (maybe "About the role"? Actually they said headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we can also have "About Us"? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. We could include "About Us" as a heading if content present. However they said "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". Not about About Us. So we can include About Us. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we have: - About Us: content present. - Responsibilities: content present. - Qualifications: content present. - Benefits: content present (Competitive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, 401(k) matching, career growth opportunities, employee referral program, paid time off and holidays, parental leave). So we can have Benefits section. - Training: content present (FCG University learning and training platform available to all employees offering over 80k courses). Could be part of Benefits or separate. Could be a Skills? Not exactly. Could be a separate section like "Training & Development". But they only gave examples; we can create a section like "Training". It's substantive. - Career Growth Opportunities: content present. Could be part of Benefits or separate. Might be better to combine with Benefits? But they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Benefits, Training, Career Growth into a single "Benefits & Development" section? However they said use headings like Benefits, Pay, Schedule. If we combine, we might lose specificity. But we can still have separate sections if they are substantive. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should avoid too many thin sections. We have About Us, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Training, Career Growth Opportunities. That's 6 sections. Might be okay but maybe we can merge Training and Career Growth into Benefits? However they are distinct: Benefits includes insurance, 401k, PTO, parental leave. Training and Career Growth are separate. Could be considered "Benefits & Development". But we need to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content for it. So we can have sections for Benefits, Training, Career Growth. That's three sections plus About Us, Responsibilities, Qualifications = 6. Might be okay. But we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove EEO boilerplate: "Equal Opportunity Employer: Flow Control Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." Remove. Also remove duplicated lines: maybe the "#southeastpump #manycompaniesoneteam #FCGcareers #flowcontrolgroup #FCG-H" etc. Those are hashtags; likely considered metadata; we can drop them. Also remove "Visit our Website: www.sepump.net" maybe keep as part of About Us? It's substantive? It's a website link. Could keep as part of About Us paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the About Us paragraph: "Southeast Pump Specialist, Inc. serves Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida. We specialize in industrial pump repair and are a distributor for pumps, mechanical seals and mechanical packing. Visit our Website: www.sepump.net". Also maybe include the FCG description: "Southeast Pump operates as a vital subsidiary within Flow Control Group (FCG), a prominent holdings company that is a leading solutions provider focused on technically oriented products and services for flow control, fluid handling and process, industrial automation, and life sciences with locations throughout North America. As a critical intermediary between over 3,000 suppliers and 15,000 customers, over 90 brand companies, and close to 1,700 employees, FCG’s distribution and technical expertise serve an essential function in the movement of mission-critical components to a diverse array of end markets and applications." That's substantive; we could include in About Us or maybe a separate "About the Company". But we already have About Us; we can incorporate that into About Us paragraph. Also "Why Build a Career with Us?" section includes bullet points: Everyone’s an Owner of the Company..., Competitive Benefits..., Training..., Career Growth Opportunities..., Join us and be part of a dynamic team... We need to capture those. We need to format lists with
    • . For responsibilities and qualifications we have lists. For benefits we have list items: Medical, Dental and Vision insurance (among other plans), competitive 401(k) matching program, career growth opportunities, employee referral program, paid time off and holidays, as well as parental leave. Also "Everyone’s an Owner of the Company: Because every team member contributes to Flow Control Group’s success, everyone has the benefits of ownership! Flow Control Group has a broad-based employee ownership program extended to every employee within our portfolio companies." That's a benefit (ownership). Could be included in Benefits list. Training: "FCG University learning and training platform available to all employees offering over 80k courses." Career Growth Opportunities: "At Flow Control Group, we are committed to your professional development. With a vast network of over 100 brands across North America, we provide unparalleled opportunities for growth and advancement. Whether you're just starting your career or looking to take it to the next level, we offer custom training programs, mentorship, and a supportive environment to help you achieve your goals." We could combine Training and Career Growth into a "Development" section, but we can keep separate. We need to avoid creating Pay or Schedule sections because not mentioned. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
