About the role

Pella, an innovative, dynamic, and fast-growing company, is seeking Delivery Drivers to service their customers in North Carolina. This role offers the unique opportunity to be home every night and off weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver windows, doors, and other items as part of a 2-man team.
• Ensure orders are loaded safely and in a manner that prevents damage during transit.
• Drive the company truck over established routes to deliver Pella products to jobsites and service storage warehouses.
• Perform daily inspections of the assigned company vehicle and document findings according to DOT requirements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing superior service.

Qualifications

• A clean driving record is required.
• Must be dependable, neat in appearance, a good listener, and personable with good communication skills for direct customer contact.
• Able to lift/move heavy loads (100+ lbs.) for customer deliveries throughout the day.
• Complies with DOT hours of service regulations.
