Qualifications

• Driver Minimum Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have current and valid CA Driver's License with minimum two (2) years good driving record/history.
• Must be willing and able to obtain a CDL class B license, passenger and airbrake endorsements (WE TRAIN (Paid) YOU TO GET THESE).
• Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to assist passengers including those who use walkers, wheelchairs, and/or other mobility devices on and off the vehicle.
• Must be able to transport passengers with disabilities including providing door to door service when required.
• Must be able to safely and professionally manage conflict and/or difficult situations involving passengers.
• Must be able to accept and accurately record passenger fares including cash, tickets, passes, and transfers.
• Maintain a valid driver license and all other required credentials, certifications, and qualifications.
