Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate a modern fleet of 30 to 40-foot low-floor buses
• Deliver safe, reliable, and respectful public transportation seven days a week

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical
• Class B CDL with Air Brake and Passenger Endorsement
• Passenger Endorsement training and testing available for qualified candidates
• Ability to safely operate all vehicles in the fleet
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• Ability to learn and operate all MMVTA routes
• Strong communication, judgment, and decision-making skills

Pay

• Starting pay: $25.88 per hour
• Annual wage increases every July, with additional longevity increases after Year 1
