About the role
Join Mattress Firm and help people sleep well so they live well. Our supply chain team ensures smooth shopping experiences. Warehouse workers prepare, receive, and deliver products, ensuring timely service and safety.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, receive, and document product deliveries/pickups for timely service.
- Operate trucks transporting cargo to/from specified destinations.
- Secure and unload cargo, obtain client/customer signatures, and ensure proper product set-up/removal.
- Maintain contact with drivers for delivery/pickup instructions, follow driving routes/schedules, and report vehicle inspections.
- Complete required training modules/certifications, maintain safety policies, and communicate professionally with all contacts.
- Communicate concerns/issues to leadership for efficient department/company operations.
- Assist in warehouse duties and store personnel tasks when necessary.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Contribute to team/departments/company improvement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1+ years related experience preferred.
- Satisfactory driving record.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Valid and updated Medical Certificate.

- Base pay or uncapped commission.
Schedule
- Tuesday-Saturday 8am-4:30pm.
