About the role
Kirby Risk Electrical Supply is seeking a Service Delivery Driver to join their Indianapolis team. This position involves making deliveries safely and efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload electrical and mechanical apparatus for delivery and pickup.
- Safely transport materials to and from customer locations.
- Observe and communicate key information from the field to supervisors and internal teams.
- Maintain delivery documentation and follow company safety procedures.
- Represent Kirby Risk with professionalism and excellent customer service during every interaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- A clean driving record and valid driver’s license (must be 21 years of age).
- A positive, friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an active, hands-on environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus!
