Driver

About the role

We’re looking for hard-working team members to help our customers clean up their homes and businesses. You’ll drive a company truck, remove and haul away junk, and engage directly with customers. No special license is required—just a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. We provide training in customer service, logistics, truck operations, and negotiation so you can deliver great service and earn tips.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company vehicle to each job site.
• Remove and haul away junk (e.g., furniture, appliances, household debris).
• Engage directly with customers to understand and complete their projects.
• Collect payment from customers once the job is complete.

Requirements

• Must be able to independently lift 75 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be a safe, experienced driver comfortable operating a truck.
• Must enjoy physical activity and working in varied locations each day.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $17.00 to $17.50 per hour, depending on prior job experience. You will also have the opportunity to earn bonuses and cash tips.
