Driver

About the role

A full-time, year-round Driver – Portable Sanitation position with Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade. You’ll split your time roughly 50% driving and 50% servicing portable restrooms, ensuring the quality standards that set us apart. Expect 10+ hour days, with overtime and weekend work during busy seasons. The role is physically demanding, involving frequent lifting, reaching, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Promptly arrive at the yard to pick up truck and supplies
• Service and clean portable restrooms
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working primarily from Pacific, WA (primary) or Seattle, WA (secondary)
• 1+ years in a physically demanding role
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT requirements
• Safety-sensitive position: subject to pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC
• Ability to lift 50–150 pounds repeatedly

Training

Company-paid one-week training at “Honey Bucket University” in Conroe, TX or Puyallup, WA.

Pay

Starting pay: $25.00/hour, increasing to $30.00/hour after one year (performance-based).

Schedule

5:00 AM Monday–Friday (some weekends required).
