Job Duties
- Test vehicle equipment such as lights, brakes, horns, or windshield wipers, to ensure safe operation
- Notify lead driver/supervisor of vehicle problems
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as regulating tire pressure and adding gasoline, oil and water
- Running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving vehicles
- Complete accident reports when necessary
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Position Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to drive automatic and manual cars, light trucks, and vans (non-cdl vehicles)
- Must be available to work as assigned between 10-25 hours per week with a varying schedule
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours or 350 miles) with appropriate rest breaks either riding as a passenger or operating a vehicle
- Must be able to do light maintenance such as regulating tire pressure and adding gasoline, oil and water as necessary to operate the vehicle
- Must be able to operate a vehicle in all types of weather and all times of day or night
- Must be able to complete all required forms
- Must be able to follow directions or follow a map
Skills & Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to get in and out of a vehicle without injury
- Ability to drive both an automatic and manual transmission
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours or 350 miles) with appropriate rest breaks either riding as a passenger or operating a vehicle
- Must be able to do light maintenance such as regulating tire pressure and adding gasoline, oil and water as necessary to operate the vehicle
- Must be able to operate a vehicle in all types of weather and all times of day or night
- Must be able to complete all required forms
- Must be able to follow directions or follow a map
- Only light lifting is required
- Must be able to exit and enter a vehicle without assistance
- Must have 20/20 vision (with or without corrective lenses) including peripheral vision
- Must be able to hear with or without assistance
