Responsibilities

• Provides transportation services to participants as assigned by immediate supervisor.
• Provides special transportation services to clients and participants associated with Aliviane, Inc.
• C conducts a daily pre-trip and post-trip inspection and reports to appropriate staff member in a timely manner when repairs are suspected/needed.
• Maintains a clean interior and the exterior of the van/vehicles.
• Assures no food or drinks are consumed in the company van.
• Complies and prepares all required documentation and reports to the supervisor in a timely and accurate manner.
• Documents all services provided to clients and participants.
• Makes sure safety precautions are always taken.
• Maintains excellent work habits through timeliness and low absenteeism. Understands, accepts, implements, and promotes Aliviane Inc. Mission Statement, program/department goals, philosophy, and objectives.

Requirements

The driver must have an acceptable driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
