Driver

Responsibilities

• Transport residents at the Community
• Maintain the bus and town car
• Communicate effectively
• Practice effective team behavior
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationships
• Be organized and manage time effectively
• Build resident and family satisfaction

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license, clean driving record, and any specialized licenses (or the willingness and capability to acquire) required to operate multi-passenger vehicles
• Experience working with the senior population
• Skilled at building relationships with residents
• Good navigational skills
• Meet State requirements on criminal background check
• Pass a 7 Panel Drug Test that includes marijuana
• Be a minimum age of 25 years of age to transport residents and run errands for the community
• Willing to take 2-step TB test
