The Laborer position plays a key role in our tire recycling process and is a great starting point to a rewarding career at Belle Tire!
Responsibilities
- Load scrap van trailers with commercial blowouts and OTR Scrap Cart high tread tires to air checker or used tires to dock for delivery
- Assist loading used tires that were purchased for delivery to customers
- Bag and palletize rubber mulch
- De-bead and de-rim truck tires
- Remove rims on passenger tires using tire machine
- Operate tire recycling equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: 18 years old, valid driver's license, attention to detail, efficient in a fast-paced environment, high school diploma or GED, previous warehouse/distribution center experience preferred

- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with physical demands, including long periods of standing, heavy lifting, and working with equipment and materials

Schedule
Monday through Saturday and potential overtime
