In this role you’ll have the opportunity to assist two roles. You’ll split your time between the road and the activity roomSupportive Team: We value our team members just as much as our residentsQuick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You’ll Do Safely drive residents to medical appointments, shopping trips, restaurants, outings, and special eventsHelp residents into and out of the vehicle, and secure wheelchairs, walkers, and seat belts following safety proceduresKeep the transportation schedule and trip records, complete vehicle safety checks, and keep the vehicle clean and readyLead and assist with games, exercise, music, arts and crafts, and social programs from the activity calendarEngage Assisted Living and Memory Care residents through sensory, reminiscence, and simple cognitive activities, plus one-on-one visitsSet up activity spaces and help decorate for holidays, birthdays, and community celebrationsRecord activity attendance in LifeLoop and share resident updates or concerns with the Activities Director What You’ll Need At least 25 years old (required)Valid, active driver’s license and an acceptable driving record in TX (required)Ability to meet the community’s vehicle operation and insurance requirementsWeekend and holiday availability (required)Experience working with seniors preferred, especially in Assisted Living or Memory CareAbility to safely assist residents with mobility needsWillingness to complete and maintain CPR, First Aid, transportation, and dementia-care trainingMust speak fluent English Ready to Apply?
