Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Delivery Drivers who will assist with the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring each customer visit results in friendly, personalized service with great food promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team.

About the role

The Delivery Driver position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support while working closely with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. Tips are paid daily for drivers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean driving record; safety is a priority for you and our customers
• Arrive and return safely in accordance with local, state, and federal laws
• Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and respond appropriately to customer issues
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas, including your vehicle
• Perform duties at multiple workstations
• Ensure prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
• Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies
• Complete delegated cleaning assignments in a timely manner
• Operate cash register or point-of-sale devices, using suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales
• Learn team effectiveness skills and work with others to achieve team goals

Requirements

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Dependable and reliable with good written, math, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• At least 18 years old to operate a motorized vehicle
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law (e.g., updated copy of insurance policy with your name)
• Flexible work availability
• Results-oriented and customer-focused
• Previous customer service work experience is helpful
